Marlborough Nannies has been a dream to work with to find a nanny for our daughter. We are American and have never employed a nanny in the US, let alone abroad, and frankly we were completely overwhelmed initially. Then we met Hannah at Marlborough Nannies, and I can’t say enough good things about how she shepherded us through the process with care and expertise. I put a call through to Hannah Clarke at Marlborough Nannies at 9.40 am on a Monday morning requesting urgent help starting the next day. I needed someone to drive our three children to and from school and to walk the dogs. I had been signed off driving for 3 weeks and my husband was due to go away on a work trip. By 10.40 am I had been sent the contact details of the most lovely lady who was able to do all of the above and more. The service was absolutely faultless and I could not have been more delighted with the outcome. Hannah really took on board the urgency of the request and resolved what felt like a completely overwhelming and unmanageable situation. She certainly went the extra mile. Well here it is – review time ?. I registered with two agencies – this one and another. This is partly too busy/ lazy/ need a relationship with whomever looks for a job for me and can’t do that with more than a few agencies! Hannah really understands what a nanny needs and matches families with us crazy chicks with accuracy and genuine care. We’ve been through the mill,me and Marlborough Nannies, but beside me, cheering, commiserating, and doing her darnedest to find me the ideal position has been the lovely Hannah Clarke. Now Hannah has found me a family I’m sad to leave her, but know that I go with her best wishes and that if I need her in the future she will be with me 110%. Can’t recommend the agency and Hannah enough tbh.

using an agency wasn’t really something i wanted to do after having bad experiences in the past however, i cannot fault this one.

Hannah provides a friendly and effective service that really shows that she understands the importance of meeting the right family for you and like wise that you are right for the family.

Hannah introduced me to a wonderful family 3 weeks ago and i couldn’t be happier, i had a real connection with the family from the word go and and the whole process was completed in less than a week.

Its the little touches that make this service so different, for example i had a message simply to ask how my first day went and still receive messages from time to time just to touch base and ensure that i am still happy with the position and i know my employer receives the same which i think is fab! Also i love the fact that when i call, i am not just a number Hannah knows who i am and recalls all previous conversations we have had making it really easy to call and ask any questions with the knowledge that i will be totally supported.

Having been nannying for over 25 years, I have registered with quite a few agencies over this time. Hannah, at Marlborough Nannies is a cut above the rest. Hannah is so professional and she really cares and you really get the personal approach, unlike with the big nanny agencies. Hannah is always contactable and always there to give help and advice. As a nanny I am always recommending your agency. One of the best I have dealt with. Never have to wait long for a response from you. Nannying is so competitive at the moment with so many people looking… you have to be quick to snap up the good jobs!!!

My family and I are so grateful for the professional support provided by Marlborough Nannies when we moved to Wiltshire this year. We needed a full time experienced nanny to look after our 1 year old son and eventually our little girl due later in the year. We were spoilt with choice to be perfectly honest. It was a tough decision but I have to say, 4 months down the line we could not feel more blessed with the caring, professional, experienced, lovely nanny that we have today. More than we could have wished for. Hannah has also provided wonderful extra temporary cover, even at short notice, when needed. Hannah has been brilliant! We have used Marlborough Nannies twice, once a couple of years ago when we needed a nanny at short notice, Hannah really sprang into action, responding to a text I sent initially on a Saturday night and had someone ready for us by the Monday morning who was able to cover for two weeks. She then found us a second ‘emergency’ nanny who ended up staying with us for 18 months. Both nannies were professional, capable, caring and excellent at their jobs. When time came for our last nanny to move on again recently, I had no hesitation about using Marlborough Nannies.
