Where is the Data stored?

  • Information collected is stored on one computer held in the Marlborough Nannies office. All devices are antivirus & password protected.  Only Marlborough Nannies employees are authorised to access relevant information.  Files sent through Emails are held in the original format for future reference/use.  Hand written notes are often utilised during initial communications before being transferred to software files after which paperwork is shredded

What do we do with your data?

  • We never sell or share your data with marketing companies
  • Marlborough Nannies will only share data between potential employers / employee’s if they are suitably matched during the recruitment process or employment search and will only include information relevant to the role specifics

Client(s) and candidate(s) rights.

  • You may request to view personal information we hold on your behalf
  • You can with immediate effect instruct Marlborough Nannies to remove all personal data from our data base, computer systems and filing systems. We will securely delete and / or dispose of all information
